- Can you ship to my country?
Yes, no problem, we can ship to your country.
ATOP Taiwan can ship single item samples or large orders “WORLDWIDE”.
Please note, it's your own responsibility to find out about the import tax situation in your own country.
- Are the packages insured?
Shipping with couriers is insured and traceable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery.
When you checkout your order, you can Add Shipping Insurance to your order.We offer Shipping Insurance @ US$ 1.99 to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately
- How Long Will It Take To Deliver?
The total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time.
The processing times is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather all the items and package them, which take approximately 4 to 6 working days.
The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. Standard shipping time takes approximately 5 to 7 working days, while expedite shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 working days.
- How much is the delivery cost?
- ATOP Taiwan currently ships small and medium sized orders by international couriers.
The shipping rates can be previewed inside the ATOP Taiwan online shop system.
On the products page, you just need to click on the "Estimated Shipping Costs”, then choose the country you want to ship to, and then type your quantity, Shipping fee will be estimated by system automatically.
- How can I trace my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.
